What? That's, like, blasphemy in the “get fit and lose weight” community.
Just look at the Instagram feeds that are all about “How bad do you want it?” and “Remember your big WHY!”
Sure, it's crucial that you're motivated to get fit and healthy. But once you start the journey, your motivation will go up and down. Some mornings you won't find it anywhere. What do you do then? Try to motivate yourself with affirmations and by staring at a vision board? Or can we still make progress even when we're not motivated?
