Yeah, they're a pain in the butt.

The travel.

The time.

The expense.

The disruption of routine.

And the “fear factor” of hanging out with a bunch of strangers in a strange place.

BUT… Retreats can be incredibly powerful in crowbarring you away from old patterns, habits, and belief systems.

AND… When retreats are combined with online programs, the sky's the limit.
